As a notary, I learned firsthand how challenging it can be to juggle multiple requests, calculate fair fees on the fly, and present quotes that reflect both professionalism and the value of our work. Too often, I saw notaries — myself included — underpricing their services or struggling with inconsistent quoting because there just wasn’t a simple tool designed for us.

That’s what inspired me to create The Winning Notary Formula™.

I wanted to build something that was more than just a calculator. I envisioned a tool that empowers notaries to confidently set their prices, save precious time, and deliver quotes with professionalism and ease. Unlike other platforms overloaded with features most notaries don’t use, my focus was on simplicity: quick, accurate, and tailored to the real needs of mobile notaries doing general notary work.

This app is my way of giving back to the notary community — especially to those who see this work as a side hustle or part of a bigger vision. It’s about helping you work smarter, not harder, and making sure you get paid fairly for the value you bring.
