Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

Welcome to the Winning Notary Formula™ Affiliate Program, managed through Promotekit. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the program (“Program”) to promote our digital products — including Google Sheet Templates and the Web App Subscription — developed and owned by Vitadel Services, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “our”).

By enrolling in the Program, you agree to these Terms, which form a binding agreement between you and Vitadel Services, LLC.

2. Enrollment

To join the Program, you must:

• Complete the affiliate registration through Promotekit.
   
• Provide accurate and complete information.
   
• Maintain an active payment method for commission payouts.
   

We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove affiliates at our sole discretion if we believe participation would negatively affect our brand or community.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote Winning Notary Formula™ products using your unique Promotekit referral link or coupon code.
   
• Market ethically and transparently — no spam, false claims, or misleading comparisons.
   
• Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly (e.g., “As an affiliate, I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”).
   
• Respect all brand guidelines, trademarks, and intellectual property.
   
• Avoid running paid ads using our product name, company name, or URLs.
   

You may use:

• Approved graphics, messaging, and content provided in your Promotekit dashboard.
   
• Original content reflecting your genuine experience with the product.
   
• Your code or link in videos, social media, blogs, or live demos — as long as proper disclosure is included.
   

4. Commissions & Payments

• Commissions are earned when a customer completes a purchase using your Promotekit link or coupon code.
   
• The standard commission rate is [insert % or flat rate, e.g., 20% per sale], unless otherwise specified.
   
• Commissions are tracked and reported automatically in your Promotekit dashboard.
   
• Payments are processed through Promotekit based on their payout schedule and minimum threshold.
   

We reserve the right to reverse commissions for:

• Refunded or canceled transactions.
   
• Fraudulent or self-referrals.
   
• Violations of these Terms or unethical conduct.
   

5. Coupon Code Policy

Each affiliate will receive a unique Promotekit coupon code.
This code is intended for promotional use only. Self-use or sharing with family members for personal discounts will result in forfeiture of related commissions and possible removal from the Program.

6. Term & Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause.
Upon termination, you must:

• Remove all affiliate links, banners, and brand assets.
   
• Cease all promotions using our name or materials.
   

Eligible commissions accrued before termination will be paid in the next payout cycle, pending verification.

7. Brand Assets & Intellectual Property

All materials, including logos, videos, and graphics related to Winning Notary Formula™, remain the sole property of Official Ink Notary, LLC.
Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable license to use these assets solely for promotion through approved channels.

You may not:

• Modify or alter our assets.
   
• Register any domain or handle containing our brand name.
   
• Present yourself as an employee or representative of the Company.
   

8. Compliance

You agree to comply with:

• FTC Endorsement Guidelines for disclosure.
   
• CAN-SPAM Act and all email marketing regulations.
   
• Promotekit’s Terms of Service.
   

Violations of these rules may result in immediate removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees regarding income, traffic, or conversion performance.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Notice of updates will be posted in your Promotekit dashboard and/or emailed. Continued participation after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
